More hip flexor stretches!
Why?
Because we can never get enough (most of us, at least).

Keeping our hip flexors working optimally has many, many benefits:
Keeping them mobile allows us to move our hips in the ways we want. Whether it’s kicking a soccer ball, squatting to pick up a child or taking a walk, healthy hips are the reason we can… or can’t… do these things.
Tight hip flexors cause tension in other areas and can increase the chance of injury in the hips, and in the low back.
Tight hip flexors can pull the pelvis forward and be the cause of low back pain.
If you sit all day, this stretch is a hip saver and can be done right at your desk.
Try it…
You’ll need a chair that allows you to have your feet flat on the floor and your hips at a 90 degree angle.
