Our program is designed with clear, progressive classes to help your hips learn movement patterns that work smarter, create less stress on the body and ultimately reduce pain.

We work with osteoarthritis, labral tears, impingement, bursitis, tendinopothy and other hip conditions that have impacted your activity and your quality of life.

 
 

Here’s how it works:

 

Start with Understanding Your Body

Before you begin the 8-week program you’ll have two 1-hour Body Assessment and Understanding sessions.

We want to see your movement patterns and understand how your body has been accommodating your hip pain and compensating for it.

We want to be able to tailor the program to best suit your body’s needs.

This is the start of your body’s education in feeling and understanding safe and efficient movement.

Expertise And Education With Convenience

We meet live online once a week in individualized small group classes (4 person maximum). We work through exercises, retraining your hips to move in well-balanced and pain-free ranges of motion.  Classes are progressive, building from basic to functional movements and reprogramming the body’s movement patterns to be the most efficient and stress-free.

We address key functions like walking, standing, sitting, bending, and other movements that make an impact on your everyday life. 

You will receive movement sessions to do for five days each week -- four 10 min sequences and one 20 minute class. 

These movement sessions build on the weekly live classes. They are flexibly designed to fit into your daily schedule and they’re critical to your success.  Schedule the time on your calendar.  Our bodies are built to move every day. It takes daily practice to  build new, pain-free patterns.

Creating Accountability For Success

In addition to our weekly live classes, you will have year-long access to our members-only Facebook group.  We host weekly live Q&A sessions to deepen your understanding of your hips and your movement practice.  You can also share experiences and information with other hip love students, and encourage each other on your daily path to wellness.
